Step One: Phone Consultation
To get started, please fill out the form on my contact page to submit a new travel inquiry. Once I’ve reviewed your request, we will hop on a quick phone call to learn more about you and discuss your trip in detail.
Step Two: Custom Quotes & Itinerary Building
Now it’s time for the fun part! I will start diligently building quotes and creating itineraries for your trip. Your itinerary will be filled with round trip flights, all transfers, hotels and excursions. A benefit of working with me is that your itinerary will also include room upgrades, discounts, resort credits and VIP treatment courtesy of my relationships with travel partners all over the world. I will also send you tips and tricks on your location from my own personal travels, previous clients’ reviews and feedback from my on-the-ground experts.
Step Three: Book
Once you’ve approved your itinerary, I will send you a secure form so you can give me the deets like your passport information, card information and anything else your trip requires so that we can book your trip. I will be in touch about deposit and payment plan due dates and will always send reminders before payments are due. Right before your trip, I will send you a final itinerary with your trip plans, confirmation numbers and contacts.
Step Four: Enjoy
Enjoy your trip! I will always be available to assist you during your travels as needed.
Step Five: Review
Upon your return, I will check in to hear all about your trip. Your feedback helps me strive to give my clients the best experiences with the most updated reviews and information.

Fees
My services are completely free to use! However, there are a few exceptions…
Flights: Flights require a $50 per person round-trip ticketing fee. This covers my time sharing options with you, booking your tickets and managing your flight until you safely return home.
Concierge Service (Activities): I am happy to help you build your activity itinerary for a fee of $100 USD per group sharing a hotel room. Think dinner reservations, spa treatments, free time recommendations etc.
3+ Destination Research Fee: I am happy to look into how ever many destinations you want until we find the perfect destination for you. However, if we’ve looked into more than 3 locations and you decide not to book, I will charge a $100 USD research fee. If you do book and we’ve looked into 3 or more locations, there is no charge.
Groups: There is a $200 USD handling fee for groups of 10 or more.
